DESCRIPTION:
Private classes are a great opportunity for us to meet and for you to build your personal practice. These might suit you if you are completely new to Yoga, if you are looking for some specific guidance, or if you just prefer to practice in private. Suitable for 1-2 participants. If you prefer something more specialized then maybe a Clinical Yoga session might be suitable. Please connect with me if you would like to find out more. All bodies welcome.
