Laura has practised Yoga for 15 years and completed her initial Yoga teacher training in 2007 through the Y.T.T.C. She is now an E-RYT200 teacher with over eleven years of teaching experience.
In 2012 she pursued a complete career change following 8 years in a stressful job as an IT consultant and in 2016 she graduated from Trinity College with a degree in Physiotherapy. She is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and currently works within the area of neurological rehabilitation as well as teaching Yoga.
Laura combines her Yoga and Physiotherapy knowledge to provide Vinyasa (Flow Yoga) classes with a strong emphasis on alignment and mindful movement.
She lives in Dublin and spends her free time travelling around Dublin bay teaching yoga or attending workshops both at home and abroad with senior teachers. She has practised with expert teachers such as Jason Crandell, Dharma Mittra, Meghan Currie and Desiree Rumbaugh.
